About this role
We are seeking an experienced Consultant Physician in Radiation Oncology to provide expert oncological care within a premier medical setting in Dubai. The role focuses on managing complex radiation therapy regimens for a diverse patient population presenting with various solid tumors and hematological malignancies.

Key responsibilities
- The consultant will be responsible for diagnosing and managing various malignancies including breast, lung, and prostate cancers.
- The role involves overseeing advanced treatment techniques such as Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) and Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT).
- The successful candidate will develop comprehensive radiation treatment plans and oversee longitudinal patient care pathways.
- The physician will collaborate closely with medical oncologists, surgical oncologists, and radiation therapists to ensure multidisciplinary care.
- The role includes providing clinical supervision and mentorship to radiation oncology residents and junior medical staff.
- The consultant will lead efforts in educating patients and their families regarding radiation side effects and long-term survivorship care.
- The position involves participating in regular clinical audits and contributing to oncology research initiatives to enhance treatment protocols.
Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree
- Recognised specialisation certificate — CCT (UK), American Board, German Facharzt, or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3+ years post-qualification experience
